So one of my latest acquiring but apparently no longer available from games-workshop but if you're lucky some retailers may still have one in stock.
Front
Assembled with Astromancer observatory
Back
Assembled with tower top instead
Top layer inside the box
Ironical it's the two bottom parts of the tower, had to rephrase my text to the picture since it first only read top layer.
Under the "false bottom"
Parts for the "pier" seen on the front, some parts to the small tower, some stairs, the bottom and walkways to the large tower.
Flipped over.
Astromancer observatory and more parts to the small tower.
Flipped over.
Two of this sprue so I place one flipped over. Parts for the large tower.
Mighty Crud-Creek Nosepickers Snotling Blood Bowl Team
Today we'll be looking at the Crud-Creek Nosepickers Snotling team which was released along side Spike! Journal issue 10 at the end of August 2020. You can see the team assembled and painted here. I have been listing positionals in the boxes up until recently. However, the roster changes that came with the Blood Bowl Third Season Edition mean that you can only have as many positionals as come in the box. So, it feels a bit superfluous to list them, but for continuity and ease of access to the information I'll keep it going. I'll go back and update the info on the old posts with the new limits once I have completed all the teams. You get 20 miniatures in this box which is great. 12 Linemen 2 Fungus Flingas 2 Fun-hoppas 2 Stilty Runnas 2 Pump Wagons Front of the box. I actually bought the team back in 2020 when it still came in the black edged box, i might have been a bit too excited to dig in and get my mitts on some greebly snotlings that I forgot to take pictures of ...

In case you are ever going to paint this set, there are some beautiful pictures at http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Games-Workshop-64-51-Warhammer-Fantasy-Skullvane-Manor-Lair-of-the-Astromancer-/182198524668 that might serve as inspiration. :-)
ReplyDeleteSorry for late reply. Yes the plan is to paint this piece but keep putting it of even though I been inspired to do it several times, simply because its size. I've been moving a lot and might move soon again, this time across the globe to Australia so will probably put it off until I've got more stable accommodations. But I can't denied I get the painting itch from those awesome pictures, thanks!
